Fletcher Fennec, Ace Detective

"Fletcher Fennec, Ace Detective" is a series of comics created for a cartooning class I took at College of DuPage. The development of the comic, from style guides to scripting to actual comic art, was done throughout the semester, with the full comic page being the final assignment. I'm working on digitizing each piece over time to make them look more crisp.

The story of the comic: Fletcher is a true crime addicted fox living in a toony world. They have dreams of becoming a private detective, and are attempting to solve a case that has confounded the local police: the big bank heist of the Emerald Animals gang. In their adventures, they meet Mads, a magpie that pretends to be interested in true crime as well but is actually the leader of the Emerald Animals in disguise, and Harvey, the mayor's brother who takes on a bit more authority than he has any right to.
